Hi, I’m Bob Veasy, the Dining Room Manager. I am married with three step children ages 25, 30, and 32.

An amazing fact about me is I am a “closet singer.” I used to sing at weddings and parties.

My education consists of graduating Cardinal Dougherty High-School.

When I was younger, I wanted to be a priest. I even conducted mass in my mom’s bedroom. As I got older, priests themselves made me change my mind. My first job was at FW Woolworth. I ran the Christmas department, put up displays, and decorated. I am currently doing my dream job!

My family is my motivation and having new ways of doing things is what inspires my best work. My role model used to be Bugs Bunny because no one was cooler than Bugs.

My favorite food is Italian and I love all Italian desserts, especially canoles. My favorite food at Cabrini is chicken satay. My favorite restaurant is located in Hollywood, Florida called Bellas. My favorite meal to cook is Veal Saltimbocca.

Sanibel, Florida is my favorite place to go on vacation and if I could go anywhere in the world, I would go to Greece.
