Hi, I’m Garfield Edwards a.k.a. Gary. I am the caterer here at Cabrini. I am married with a total of eight children. They are ages 23, 22, 22, 17, 13, 11, 10, and 14 months old.

An interesting fact about me is I am nearly 50 years old, I feel 25, and I look like I am in my late 20s early 30s. I am very athletic and competitive and I love having fun.

I graduated high school at Brooklyn, NY Boys and Girls High.

As a kid, I wanted to be a Zoologist because I love animals but I do not like cleaning up poop so I did not pursue it. The first job I ever worked was McDonald’s. My dream job is to own a successful business of audio and video or video retail.

My children motivate me everyday and the ability to grow and learn inspires my best work. Michael Jordan is my role model and hero because of his achievements in basketball.

Grilled chicken is both my favorite food and my favorite food at Cabrini. My favorite dessert is Vanilla Swiss Almond ice-cream. I cannot think of the name if my favorite restaurant so I will go with number two, Applebee’s.

My favorite vacation place is Saint Thomas Virgin Islands. If I could go anywhere in the world, I would go to Saint Croix.

My hobbies include playing NBA Live ’07 on X-Box 360 and doing AV tech stuff. My favorite colors are black and white and my favorite movie is “King Kong,” the one that was redone.
